Fairies are a big part of our world. Every year we look forward to the Fairy Festival which takes place on the first Saturday of May. We spread the word, far and wide, so that others might enjoy the fairy celebration. Freckle and especially her daughter were excited to join us. Until she twisted her ankle the night before the festival. I couldn't let her daughter miss the festivities, so she happily joined us.
Here are Princess and the Toothless Fairy as we arrived at the festival.
There was a Maypole...

and a fairy parade...
and flower fairies...
Princess' friend "B" found us there...
The fairies cleaned...
and made fairy crowns...
and made fairy wands, lanterns and potions...
and chased some dragons around...
enjoyed some fairy snacks...

My little fairy is somewhat jealous lol. We didn't make it to any of the fun stuff this weekend. Since you are obviously fairy fans I wanted to make sure you knew about FaerieWorlds that is help in Eugene. My friend went last year and had a blast. We are going this year and the girls can't wait. If interested you should be able to just google it.

Gina, I have heard of FaerieWorlds. We might try to go if it's not too far for a day trip.

Awww so sweet. Daughter's not a girlie girl and at that age she would have much preferred Sponge Bob to fairies. But I would have loved it.
