A few weeks ago I told you the tea in the cute-little-pink-laptop story
here. I've recovered from this and my laptop incurred only minor damage, the keyboard...about $35 to replace. The only place I found that had the keyboard available was some company overseas. The keyboard
finally arrived via air mail yesterday looking like this.
Perhaps a padded envelope was not the vessel in which to ship something so fragile? The company so far has been great. They asked for a photo of the keyboard and says they will send another. Perhaps they'll use a box this time?

hmmmm interesting! does it work?
Yikes. Doesn't scream faith in the manufacturer does it?
At least they didn't give you a hard time about replacing it.
how odd! But I guess I shouldn't be surprised, yet I always am.
I'm hesitant to try it out. I think I'll just wait for the next one to show up.
I got a second email from them after sending them the photo I posted here. They are sending out a new one and they don't seem to want this one back. Hmmmm...
Geezzzz, what a bunch of dorks!
