We'll be spending two whole weeks in Mexico in order to keep LK out of the country. Spending less than 35 days in the states allows us a big tax savings.
LK's next leave will be at home here in Oregon. Stay tuned...soon I will share what we will be doing in June when he comes home. And we're hoping for a visit from Tatt-man (LK's son), his wife & the new grandbaby in July once LK is home on leave and we're settled in!

LK has been there a couple of times, but spent most of the time working. (Big surprise.) Princess and I have never been and we're looking forward to exploring Mexico, especially since we get to explore with LK. Happy New Year to you too, Frau!

We honeymooned near Cancun. We didn't really care for the city and opted for the smaller Akumal. I LOVE that area. Get out to Cozumel if you can! And make sure you see Coba! It is an older Mayan site, and the energy is just so different than the newer ones.
Lisa, thanks for the travel tips! :) We do plan to get out and explore. If we're going to be there, we have to go see all the cool places, right?! Honestly though, if we just sit on the couch together and snuggle that will be enough. We are so looking forward to seeing LK!!
