That dude in the shorts is an Oregonian. I've seen all kinds of crazies run around in shorts during our lovely cold spell... and even on that one evening when it snowed so much.
That's a lot of snow! Happy you have a smart man and he dresses for the weather!
My husband would be in the shorts too. Glad your hubby is staying warm.
Somehow that picture makes me feel better about Afghanistan. It's not so scary covered in a blanket of snow.
