Top Ten List

Yes, it's time for something a little less serious, ladies and gentlemen...

Why Xena is My Hero:

  1. She is loyal to the end.
  2. She always stands up for those in need.
  3. She is strong both physically and emotionally and works to become stronger.
  4. She made the decision to turn her life around and did.
  5. She is the epitome of the powerful woman.
  6. She makes the hard choices and does what’s best for her family/friends, even if it’s sometimes hard for her.
  7. She’s a leader, not a follower.
  8. She can totally pull off that outfit.
  9. She never has a bad hair day.
  10. She totally kicks ass!

Yes, I have to say, Xena ROCKS!

Wishing you all a spectacular day. =)

Edit: I just thought of #11! This post allows me to scroll down to my blog roll and not look at my armipits! Yay!

I've never watched Xena , but YAY for hidden hairy armpits. Can you imagine what some people who stumble past our blogs must think about our hairy photos? I'm still laughing!

Gee, Shady Lady... Xena is a super woman it seems. I think I watched the show a couple of times... but I don't know, I just didn't like it much. But then, I'm not into swords and stuff anyway. And sometimes it has to do with the language. I watched it synchronized into German. And I must say, lots of shows that are synchronized simply lose their appeal.

I can't imagine what people think and I wonder if it made them leave and never return. I was actually commenting on a blog that I never comment on. It's the Jewish Atheist and he's got some ultra orthodox Jews who comment. I got a good giggle imagining these ultra orthodox men going to my blog that day only to see my hairy armpits. LOL!!!!

Maybe when we're old you and I can sit and watch the series all the way through together. ;)

Altho' I didn't watch at the time, I know Xena has become a cult icon.

She's smart and cool and clever.

And always had the perfect hair, regardless of the intensity of her battles.

If only real life were the same :)
